PHASE ONE

Revitalizing Flint

Phase One of the restoration is approved and underway. Groundbreaking begins on Phase One amenities during Summer 2023, and will include:

The installation of a beautiful new playground and outdoor fitness area

Upgraded basketball courts

A new tennis pavilion building with a modern café and community space

And a complete turf renovation and expansion of Alma field
